Classes at Waystone Farm

Our partnership with Waystone Farms allows us to offer an exciting schedule of cooking + beverage classes, focusing on the current seasonal offerings from the gardens.  In each class, our talented chefs and our exceptional sommelier will guide you through the experience, ensuring you walk away with new knowledge and skills to apply in your home kitchen.  You'll meet Waystone Farms' visionary, Deb Heinrich, and learn about how the farm came to be.  Sustainability will be a large topic of import, as it informs every aspect of the farm's operations.  (If you're lucky, you may even get to meet Delilah, the world's cutest donkey!)

Once you've returned to the kitchen with the day's harvest, our chefs will teach you how to put it to work!  We'll talk about classic French technique, ingredient selection, and flavor profiles- all while creating a wonderful meal to enjoy in the garden.

Plus- what is an excellent meal without beverages to match?  Our phenomenal beverage expert will show you how to use produce to craft unique cocktails and mocktails, and even walk you through her selection of sustainable wines to accompany your culinary creations.
