Join the wildly talented Janine Sacco for a unique and immersive exploration of the world of sustainable wine. You'll get to tour Waystone Farm, and talk to the farmer, Deb. You'll learn about sustainability, and how it forms the foundation of everything Waystone Farm does. Then, you'll join Janine and begin your wine tasting, with unique food pairings created by our talented chefs. You'll leave well fed, and with a new appreciation for sustainable wines.
Cancellation Policy
All cooking + beverage classes are completely non-refundable. We are unable to offer any sort of refund or credit for future classes. We have only a small amount of spaces available for each class, so please be absolutely certain you can attend the class before you purchase a spot. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know. If you'd like to send someone else in your place, please inform us of the change prior to your event date. Our classes take place rain or shine. If for some reason beyond our control we are forced to cancel your class, we will refund 100% of your purchase.
