ABOUT US
A Talented Trio
We've discovered that there is a special sort of alchemy when the right team comes together. An undeniable spark of magic that runs through every single thing we do. Our love and respect for one another is a constant source of inspiration, and we consistently challenge ourselves to aim higher as a result. Our happiness to be on this adventure together is something you'll see and feel when you experience our work.
Each of us holds a strong belief in honoring the origin of the ingredients we work with, and of sharing the stories behind the skilled hands that grow the produce, or create the wines and artisanal products we feature on our menus.

More than anything else, Homage is a love letter. With every dish and every pour, we hope to demonstrate the passion that brought us into this industry, and the spirit of creativity that keeps us here.

Your life's celebrations deserve to be made spectacular! We're here to create something truly bespoke to honor your special occasion.

We can't wait to work with you!

MEET THE TEAM
Meet ROSY
The moment we saw her, we knew Rosy was meant to be the heart of our mobile restaurant concept.

We've poured countless hours of work and so much love into getting her fully refurbished so that we can share her with you!
Rosy is 20' long, and was built in 1976 in Versailles, Ohio. Argosy Airstream trailers were only built for 6 years, from 1972-1978. As such, Argosy trailers are quite rare, and it's a real treat to see one in person! Argosy trailers were always painted, setting them apart from their more common, shiny aluminum cousins.
Rosy once traveled all over the country with her original owner, but at some point was left for several years without any TLC. She was in rough shape when we met her, but we knew she'd been loved. We found letters stored inside detailing some of her previous travels! And so, in her 50th year, Rosy began her biggest adventure yet!
We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to breathe new life into this gorgeous little piece of Airstream history!
